Our Policies
To save any misunderstandings please review our cancellation policy, as we can rarely make exceptions to it as we are a seasonal business.
A deposit equal to the rental rate for one-night stay is payable upon making a reservation.
The following policies apply when cancelling a reservation for a stay at Cavendish Maples Cottages:
– Cancellation up to 30 days before your arrival date will result in a $75 administration fee with the balance of your deposit credited back to you.
– Cancellation 30 days or less before your arrival date will result in forfeiting your deposit.
– Requests by guests to shorten their length of stay of an upcoming reservation will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
The balance of payment is due upon arrival and is non-refundable.
Special policies apply to group bookings of 4 cottages or more in July/August and for the Cavendish Beach Music Festival time period.
We recommend that you safeguard yourself against unforeseen circumstances by purchasing vacation rental insurance.
We do not accept pets during July or August. We welcome small well-behaved pets in the off-season of May, June, September and October. If you require the use of a service animal please contact us prior to booking.
